1-on-1 Personal Training

60 minutes: $75

Small Group Training

Monthly Training Plan

Each month, you’ll receive a structured workout roadmap designed for progress—whether you're aiming to build strength, increase endurance, lose weight, or train for an event. Triathlon Training Plans

Triathlon Training Plans (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced): $200 one-time. Whether you're gearing up for your first sprint triathlon or chasing your first Ironman, my custom-designed triathlon training plans are built for real results. Backed by 30+ years of coaching and racing experience—including over 20 triathlons, 3 Ironman finishes, and the legendary Escape From Alcatraz—my programs blend endurance science with practical strategies to help athletes of all ages and abilities thrive.
