1-on-1 Personal Training

60 minutes: $75

Unlock your full potential with customized, one-on-one personal training or engaging group training sessions designed to meet you where you are—and take you where you want to go. Whether you're just starting out, participating in triathlon training, or chasing your next personal best, you'll receive expert guidance, accountability, and motivation every step of the way. With over 30 years of experience as an educator, endurance coach, and Ironman triathlete, I blend proven fitness strategies with real-world coaching and online coaching options to help you achieve lasting results through comprehensive wellness programs.

Small Group Training

60 minutes: $40–$60 per person

Experience the energy, accountability, and motivation of group training at Teach4Endurance! My small group training sessions (3–6 participants) combine personalized attention with the camaraderie of a team. You'll benefit from expert coaching, customized workouts, and a supportive environment that pushes you to reach your full potential—whether you're engaging in triathlon training, pursuing personal training goals, or just looking to enhance your overall wellness through our programs. No matter your age or fitness level, this is where community and transformation meet!

Online Coaching

With my personalized online coaching programs, you receive expert coaching, accountability, and customized workouts—delivered straight to your device. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming for a new fitness milestone, you'll benefit from weekly plans, video demos, and direct support tailored to your goals and schedule. Our group training options ensure that no matter where you are, you're never training alone. Additionally, our wellness programs, including specialized triathlon training, are designed to help you unlock your full potential—on your terms.

Monthly Training Plan

Teach4Endurance Monthly Training Plan: $40/month. Eliminate the guesswork from your fitness journey with a personalized Monthly Training Plan that aligns with your distinct goals, schedule, and fitness level. Each month, you’ll receive a structured workout roadmap crafted for progress—whether you're focusing on strength building, endurance enhancement, weight loss, or even preparing for triathlon training. With the added benefits of online coaching, ongoing support, and progress tracking, this plan ensures you remain accountable and motivated, much like our group training and wellness programs.

Triathlon Training Plans

$200

Triathlon Training Plans (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced): $200 one-time. Whether you're preparing for your first sprint triathlon or aiming for your first Ironman, my custom-designed triathlon training plans are built for real results. With over 30 years of coaching and racing experience—including more than 20 triathlons, 3 Ironman finishes, and the iconic Escape From Alcatraz—my programs combine endurance science with practical strategies to help athletes of all ages and abilities thrive. Additionally, I offer group training and online coaching options, ensuring that my personal training and wellness programs cater to your specific needs.

As an endurance athlete, I've completed over 20 triathlons, including three grueling Ironman finishes (with two at Lake Placid) and the iconic Escape from Alcatraz race.
