In both athletic and occupational realms, the pursuit of excellence often comes with a structured plan or a well-laid-out roadmap. However, when it comes to physical fitness, I’ve always challenged the conventional notions of training regimens and work place routines. The parallels between my experiences competing in Ironman events and my journey as a seasoned educator/consultant, highlights the benefits of navigating the unknown without a dictated road map per se.
